QC Microbiologist

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced QC Microbiologist to join our quality control team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the microbiological safety and quality of our seed products through rigorous testing and adherence to industry standards. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our seed production process and safeguarding our brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished seed products.
• Develop and validate new microbiological testing methods as required.
• Maintain accurate records of all tests performed, results, and deviations.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and relevant regulatory standards.
• Perform environmental monitoring of production and laboratory areas.
• Investigate and report any out-of-specification (OOS) results or microbial contamination.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Collaborate with other departments to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
