QC Microbiologist | M.Tech Professionals | Bhubaneshwar

Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and experienced QC Microbiologist with 2-4 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our Quality Control team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting microbiological testing and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and environmental monitoring samples.

Conduct microbial limit tests, sterility testing, and bioburden testing as per pharmacopoeial and internal guidelines.

Operate and maintain microbiological laboratory equipment, including incubators, autoclaves, laminar air flow units, and microscopes.

Prepare and sterilize culture media, reagents, and laboratory glassware.

Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) results and deviations, and participate in root cause analysis.

Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records, including batch records, logbooks, and analytical reports.

Ensure adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines.

Participate in validation and qualification activities of laboratory equipment and methods.

Stay updated with the latest scientific advancements and regulatory requirements in microbiology.
