QC Microbiologist - Noida

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QC Microbiologist with a Diploma qualification and 0-2 years of experience to join our team in Noida. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the microbiological quality and safety of our products and manufacturing processes, contributing to Decathlon's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using standard laboratory techniques.

Prepare media, reagents, and culture samples for microbiological analysis.

Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records, including test results, observations, and deviations.

Assist in the investigation of out-of-specification (OOS) results and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and relevant regulatory guidelines.

Participate in environmental monitoring programs within the manufacturing facility.

Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment.

Support quality assurance initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
