Quality Analyst - 3-5 Yrs Experience

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Analyst to join our team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our beauty and personal care products throughout the manufacturing process. This role requires a strong understanding of pharmaceutical principles and their application in cosmetic product development and manufacturing. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards and contributing to product excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-process and finished product testing according to established protocols and specifications.
- Analyze raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Document all quality control activities, results, and deviations accurately.
- Participate in the investigation of out-of-specification (OOS) results and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with R&D, Production, and other departments to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
- Prepare and review quality control reports and batch release documents.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes affecting quality assurance in the personal care sector.
