Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance and Testing professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our internal systems, processes, and any digital platforms used to support our athletes and operations. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for various software applications and digital tools.
- Perform functional, usability, performance, and regression testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback.
- Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
- Ensure all testing activities align with organizational standards and project goals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed test documentation.
