Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Assurance and Testing professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our defence and aerospace products through comprehensive testing and validation processes. This role requires a strong understanding of quality management systems and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving defects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases for hardware and software components.
- Conduct various types of testing, including functional, performance, integration, and regression testing.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and report them clearly and concisely.
- Collaborate with design, development, and engineering teams to understand product requirements and specifications.
- Participate in design reviews and code inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and maintain test documentation, including test procedures, test reports, and defect logs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., AS9100, MIL-STD).
- Perform root cause analysis of defects and recommend corrective actions.
- Utilize automated testing tools where applicable to enhance efficiency and coverage.
