Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance professional to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our semiconductor design and development processes. This role involves developing and implementing robust QA strategies, conducting thorough testing, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for semiconductor designs and associated software/firmware.
- Perform functional, performance, and regression testing to identify defects and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate closely with design, verification, and product engineering teams to understand requirements and resolve issues promptly.
- Document test results, defect reports, and test coverage metrics accurately.
- Participate in design reviews and provide quality-related feedback.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of QA processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Stay updated with the latest QA best practices and industry standards in semiconductor development.
- Analyze test failures and work with engineering teams to implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and customer requirements.
