Role Summary: The Quality Auditor/Inspector will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of educational content and delivery processes within BYJU'S. This role involves meticulous examination of various aspects of our educational offerings to maintain high standards and identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular audits of educational content (e.g., video lessons, study materials, assessments) for accuracy, relevance, and adherence to curriculum standards.
- Inspect and evaluate the quality of teaching methodologies and educator performance.
- Review student feedback and performance data to identify trends and areas requiring quality intervention.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and checklists.
- Document audit findings, non-conformities, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with content development, product, and academic teams to address quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present quality reports to management.
