Quality Auditor / Inspector - Events / Live Entertainment (2-4 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Auditor / Inspector with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of various event elements, from pre-event planning to post-event analysis, upholding the high standards of Wizcraft International Entertainment. This role requires a strong understanding of event production processes and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough quality checks on event setups, including staging, AV equipment, lighting, branding, and safety measures.

Inspect vendor deliverables against agreed specifications and quality standards.

Review event documentation, including technical riders, floor plans, and safety plans, to ensure compliance.

Perform on-site inspections during events to identify and address any quality deviations or potential issues.

Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and vendors to resolve quality concerns.

Document inspection findings, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.

Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures for events.

Ensure adherence to all relevant safety regulations and industry best practices.
