Role Summary:
As a Quality Consultant, you will be instrumental in driving and maintaining high standards of quality across our investment banking operations. You will identify areas for improvement, develop and implement quality assurance strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role requires a meticulous and analytical approach to problem-solving and a deep understanding of quality management principles within the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough reviews of existing processes and systems to identify quality gaps and inefficiencies.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality control plans and procedures.
- Design and execute quality assurance testing, including UAT and process audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and internal quality standards.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on quality performance, findings, and recommendations for management.
- Facilitate quality training sessions and promote a culture of quality awareness throughout the organization.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in quality management and financial services.
