Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Consultant to join our growing team. The Quality Consultant will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across our logistics operations, from initial pickup to final delivery. This role involves analyzing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing quality control measures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for logistics operations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of operational processes, facilities, and services.
- Analyze quality data and identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, Customer Service) to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and service delivery.
- Develop and deliver quality training programs to operational staff.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements in logistics and quality management.
