Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Consultant to join our dynamic team. The Quality Consultant will be responsible for ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance within the beauty and personal care industry. This role involves evaluating existing quality systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing robust quality control measures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes, raw materials, and finished goods to ensure compliance.
- Analyze quality data, identify trends, and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Production, Supply Chain) to integrate quality considerations into product development and launch.
- Stay updated with the latest quality standards, regulations, and technological advancements in the beauty and personal care sector.
- Train and mentor team members on quality principles and procedures.
- Manage documentation related to quality control, testing, and compliance.
