Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Consultant with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma and have a strong understanding of quality assurance principles within the FinTech/Payments domain. This role involves ensuring the highest standards of quality for our products and services through rigorous testing and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new and existing features.
- Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and issues with clear and concise reports.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to understand requirements and ensure timely resolution of bugs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes and methodologies.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality aspects.
- Analyze test results and provide reports on quality metrics to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in quality assurance and FinTech.
