Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Consultant with 3-4 years of experience in the E-Learning/EdTech sector to join our dynamic team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Arts degree and a strong understanding of quality assurance principles within digital learning environments. You will be instrumental in ensuring the high quality and effectiveness of our educational content and platform features.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance plans and strategies for e-learning modules and platform functionalities.
- Conduct thorough testing of digital learning content, including interactive exercises, videos, and assessments, to identify defects and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, content creators, and developers to ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
- Analyze user feedback and performance data to identify trends and recommend enhancements to learning experiences.
- Document test cases, test results, and bug reports clearly and comprehensively.
- Participate in the review and validation of learning objectives and curriculum design.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in e-learning quality assurance.
