Quality Consultant role in Analytics / KPO / Research (0-1 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Consultant with an M.Tech degree to join our growing team in Guwahati. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate looking to kickstart a career in quality assurance within the Analytics/KPO/Research domain. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of our data and research deliverables, working closely with project teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance plans and procedures.
- Conduct data validation and quality checks on research reports and analytics outputs.
- Identify, document, and track quality defects and issues.
- Collaborate with project managers and analysts to understand project requirements and quality standards.
- Participate in root cause analysis of quality problems and suggest corrective actions.
- Support the continuous improvement of quality processes and methodologies.
- Perform peer reviews of deliverables to ensure adherence to guidelines.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality assurance activities.
