Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Quality Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Engineering and a strong understanding of quality control principles within the industrial equipment and machinery sector. You will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting regular inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
- Developing and implementing quality control procedures and standards.
- Identifying and documenting non-conformities, and working with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
- Collaborating with production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Maintaining accurate quality records and generating reports.
- Participating in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
