Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all infrastructure, transport, and real estate projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. This role involves developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures for construction projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of materials and workmanship used in projects.
- Identify quality issues, defects, and non-conformities, and recommend corrective actions.
- Analyze quality data and prepare reports on quality performance, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to resolve quality-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, client requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
- Train and mentor site personnel on quality control best practices.
- Participate in project planning and risk assessment to proactively address quality concerns.
- Manage and maintain quality documentation, including inspection records, test results, and certificates.
