Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our Assurance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our audit processes and deliverables, adhering to professional standards and regulatory requirements. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and reputation of our firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance plans and procedures for audit engagements.
- Review audit workpapers, documentation, and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with ISAs, Ind AS, and other relevant standards.
- Identify and analyze quality deviations, root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with audit teams to provide guidance on quality control measures and best practices.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs on quality assurance and compliance.
- Stay updated with changes in auditing standards, regulations, and accounting principles.
- Participate in internal quality reviews and external inspections.
