Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Engineer to join our Petrochemical division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards throughout the manufacturing process, from raw material inspection to finished product release. You will play a crucial role in identifying and resolving quality issues, implementing quality control systems, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
- Conduct inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
- Analyze quality data, identify trends, and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with production, R&D, and other departments to ensure product quality and process consistency.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
- Maintain quality records and documentation.
- Stay updated with industry quality standards and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce waste.
