We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer with 2-3 years of experience, specifically looking for candidates with a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree. This role is crucial for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our engineering and construction projects. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance processes and standards. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for construction projects.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction sites, materials, and processes to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
Analyze quality data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions to address deviations and improve processes.
Collaborate with project teams, including engineers, contractors, and site personnel, to resolve quality issues.
Prepare detailed quality reports, documentation, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
Ensure adherence to relevant industry standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
Utilize software tools and systems for quality management and data analysis.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department.
