Quality Engineer - Water Treatment / Waste Management Sector (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will have an M.Pharma degree and 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance and control within the water treatment or waste management industry. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our processes and products meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols for water treatment and waste management processes.

Conduct regular inspections and audits of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.

Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address non-conformities.

Collaborate with R&D, production, and engineering teams to ensure quality is integrated into all stages of product development and manufacturing.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality control activities, test results, and audit findings.

Ensure adherence to relevant industry standards, regulations, and client requirements.

Support the validation of new processes and equipment.

Provide training to staff on quality standards and procedures.
