Quality Head

Role Summary: As the Quality Head for our innovative banking startup, you will be instrumental in establishing and maintaining the highest standards of quality across all our products and services. You will lead the quality assurance strategy, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring customer satisfaction through robust processes and meticulous execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Define and enforce quality standards, best practices, and testing methodologies.
- Lead and mentor the QA team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Oversee the design and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts for all software releases.
- Implement and manage automated testing frameworks to enhance efficiency and coverage.
- Conduct root cause analysis of defects and work with development teams to implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and report on quality metrics, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QA process and across product development lifecycles.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and operations teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development process.
