Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Quality Head to establish and lead our quality assurance and control functions. This role is critical in ensuring the delivery of high-quality analytics solutions and services to our clients, aligning with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. The Quality Head will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive quality management systems, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a quality-centric culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a robust Quality Management System (QMS) tailored for an analytics and KPO environment.
• Define quality standards, metrics, and KPIs for all analytics projects and service delivery processes.
• Oversee the execution of quality control processes, including data validation, model accuracy checks, and deliverable reviews.
• Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, fostering their professional development and ensuring effective team performance.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of processes and projects to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., data science, engineering, client services) to integrate quality considerations into all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on feedback, performance data, and industry best practices.
• Manage client feedback related to quality and implement corrective actions.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and quality assurance.
