Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Head with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of quality management systems within the automotive sector and a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree. This role is crucial in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures.
- Oversee the inspection and testing of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to resolve quality issues.
- Conduct internal audits and support external quality certifications (e.g., IATF 16949).
- Train and mentor junior quality team members.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage supplier quality and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
