Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Quality Head with a Doctorate/PhD to join our team in Coimbatore. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent doctoral graduate passionate about ensuring and improving the quality of digital products and services within the media, entertainment, and telecom sectors. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement quality assurance processes and contribute to the overall excellence of our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance plans and strategies.
Conduct research and analysis to identify potential quality issues and recommend solutions.
Collaborate with development, product, and operations teams to ensure quality standards are met.
Participate in testing and validation processes to ensure product integrity.
Document quality assurance procedures, findings, and recommendations.
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging quality management techniques.
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
