Quality Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Manager to oversee and manage all quality assurance and control activities within our food processing operations in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet stringent quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity and reputation of our food brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems (QMS) aligned with HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, and other relevant food safety standards.

Supervise and lead the quality control team, providing guidance, training, and performance management.

Conduct regular internal audits and inspections of production processes, raw materials, and finished goods to ensure compliance.

Investigate quality deviations, customer complaints, and non-conformance issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Monitor and analyze quality data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Ensure adherence to all national and international food safety regulations and legal requirements.

Collaborate with R&D, production, and supply chain teams to ensure quality is integrated throughout the product lifecycle.

Manage supplier quality assurance programs and conduct supplier audits.

Oversee laboratory operations and ensure accurate testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.

Promote a strong quality culture throughout the organization.
