Quality Manager / Supervisor - 0-2 Yrs

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Manager / Supervisor with 0-2 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM degree to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality standards of our electrical equipment products meet internal and external requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and contributing to the overall product excellence of Havells India Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards.
- Monitor and inspect raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Prepare quality reports, analyze quality data, and present findings to management.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in internal audits and supplier quality assessments.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Support the development and training of quality inspection personnel.
