Role Summary: The Quality Risk Analyst will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with Pratham's various educational programs and operational processes across India. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our interventions and maintaining compliance with organizational standards and donor requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for new and existing programs.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented risk controls.
- Analyze data to identify trends and potential risk areas.
- Prepare regular risk reports for management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations.
- Collaborate with program teams to embed risk management practices.
- Facilitate risk management training and awareness sessions.
