Quality Risk (M.Sc Required) - Pune

We are seeking a motivated Quality Risk professional to join our growing team in Pune. This role is ideal for an M.Sc graduate with 1-2 years of experience looking to contribute to our robust quality assurance and risk management framework. You will play a key part in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks within our manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to the highest quality standards and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Assist in conducting risk assessments for new products, processes, and raw materials.
- Analyze data to identify quality deviations and potential risks.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address identified risks.
- Participate in internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Production, Supply Chain) to address quality and risk-related issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to quality and risk management activities.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements in quality and risk management.
