Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Quality Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the high quality of our educational content and platform features, adhering to internal standards and best practices in the EdTech industry. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining user satisfaction and the overall integrity of our learning products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance plans and test cases for new and existing educational content and platform functionalities.
- Conduct thorough testing, including functional, regression, usability, and performance testing, to identify defects and inconsistencies.
- Document and track defects using bug tracking systems, providing clear and concise reports to development and content teams.
- Collaborate with content creators, instructional designers, and developers to understand product requirements and quality expectations.
- Review and analyze user feedback and data to identify areas for quality improvement.
- Participate in the review of content and platform updates before release.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with established quality standards and guidelines.
