Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Specialist with a Bachelor of Arts degree and 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Kochi. As a Quality Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high quality and accuracy of our educational content and platform. You will work closely with content creators, product managers, and development teams to identify and resolve issues, contributing to an exceptional learning experience for our students.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and assess educational content (text, video, interactive modules) for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to quality standards.
Identify, document, and track defects or inconsistencies in content and platform features.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and content developers to ensure factual correctness and pedagogical soundness.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate new features and content updates.
Provide constructive feedback to cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in quality processes.
Assist in developing and maintaining quality assurance documentation and guidelines.
Contribute to the creation of test cases and test scripts for various educational products.
