Job Description
Role Summary: The Quality Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality control procedures throughout the manufacturing process of ceramic tiles. This role is crucial in ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction, adhering to both internal specifications and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and inspect raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
- Conduct regular quality audits of production lines and processes.
- Analyze quality data and identify areas for improvement.
- Investigate quality issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Train and supervise quality control staff.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate quality records and documentation.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related problems.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
