Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Trainer with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, delivering, and assessing training programs focused on quality standards, best practices, and regulatory compliance within the agrochemical sector. This role requires a strong understanding of quality management systems and excellent communication skills to effectively impart knowledge to diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop training materials, modules, and presentations for quality assurance and control processes relevant to fertilizer and pesticide manufacturing.
- Conduct training sessions for employees at various levels, ensuring comprehension and application of quality standards and procedures.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback mechanisms, and on-the-job performance monitoring.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory requirements (e.g., FSSAI, CIB&RC), and quality management standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Collaborate with quality control, production, and R&D teams to identify training needs and address quality-related issues.
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
- Provide coaching and support to employees to enhance their understanding and adherence to quality protocols.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs and quality management systems.
