Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Trainer to join our team. The Quality Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs focused on enhancing product quality and manufacturing processes within the building material industry. This role is crucial in ensuring our products meet and exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive training materials and modules on quality control, manufacturing best practices, and product standards.
- Conduct training sessions for production staff, supervisors, and other relevant personnel.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance monitoring.
- Identify training needs and gaps within the organization related to quality.
- Stay updated with the latest quality management techniques and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance and Production departments to align training with business objectives.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to employees to foster a quality-centric culture.
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
