Job Description

Role Summary: The Quality Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to enhance the quality awareness and skills of employees across various departments within the organization. This role is crucial in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring adherence to quality standards in the manufacturing of industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop training materials, modules, and curricula on quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001), statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis (RCA), and other quality-related topics.
- Conduct training sessions for production staff, engineers, quality inspectors, and other relevant personnel.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback mechanisms, and performance monitoring.
- Identify training needs through performance reviews, skill gap analysis, and consultation with department heads.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in quality management and training methodologies.
- Maintain training records and generate reports on training activities and outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure training programs align with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
