Role Summary: The Quality Trainer will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance the quality of services and patient care across Apollo Hospitals. This role is crucial in ensuring adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive training modules on quality management systems, patient safety, infection control, and service excellence.

- Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.
