Quality Trainer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Trainer to join our team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Arts degree and 1-3 years of experience in a training or quality assurance role, preferably within the travel and tourism sector. You will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees, focusing on service quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions on customer service excellence, product knowledge, and process adherence for new and existing employees.
- Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules, tailored to the needs of the travel and tourism industry.
- Conduct regular quality assessments and provide constructive feedback to individuals and teams to improve performance.
- Monitor training effectiveness through various evaluation methods and implement improvements.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and incorporate them into training programs.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized solutions.
- Maintain accurate training records and report on progress and outcomes.
