Quality Trainer (M.A Required) - 1-3 Yrs - Bhubaneshwar

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Trainer with 1-3 years of experience and a Master's degree to join our team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to ensure our production staff adheres to the highest quality standards in leather product manufacturing. This role requires a strong understanding of quality control processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to impart knowledge effectively to diverse groups.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules on quality standards, inspection techniques, and best practices for leather product manufacturing.

Assess training needs and identify skill gaps within the production team.

Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job coaching for new hires and existing employees.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
