Quality Trainer (M.Sc Required) - Pune

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Quality Trainer to join our growing team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance principles and methodologies, with a Master of Science degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience. You will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the quality of our consulting services and internal processes. This role requires a deep understanding of quality management systems and a passion for fostering a quality-centric culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop comprehensive training materials, modules, and curricula on quality assurance best practices, methodologies, and tools tailored for management consulting professionals.

Deliver engaging and effective training sessions (both in-person and virtual) to employees at various levels, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill development.

Assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.

Collaborate with quality assurance teams and subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with industry standards and company objectives.

Develop and maintain a repository of training resources and documentation.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness throughout the organization.

Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in quality management and training delivery.
