Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Quality Trainer with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Mangalore. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop training materials, modules, and documentation for quality assurance processes and tools.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees on quality standards, methodologies, and best practices.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance monitoring.
- Identify training needs and gaps within the QA team and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with quality assurance leads and project teams to understand specific training requirements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in quality assurance and training methodologies.
- Provide coaching and support to trainees to ensure successful application of learned skills.
