Quantity Surveying (1-2 Yrs) | Bhubaneshwar

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will have a BBA/BBM degree and a foundational understanding of cost management principles within the education/training sector. This role involves supporting senior surveyors in managing project costs, ensuring financial viability, and contributing to the successful execution of our training infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for new training facilities and infrastructure upgrades.

Support the measurement and valuation of construction works, including interim payments.

Help in preparing tender documents, including bills of quantities (BOQ).

Assist in monitoring project expenditure against budget and identifying potential cost overruns.

Learn and apply contract administration principles relevant to construction projects.

Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure cost control.

Maintain accurate records of all cost-related documentation.
