Quantity Surveying (Post Graduation Not Required) - Mumbai

We are seeking a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for an individual with a keen eye for detail and an understanding of cost management principles, looking to build a career in the financial services sector. You will assist in managing project costs and ensuring financial viability of construction and infrastructure projects undertaken by the bank.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets for construction and renovation projects.

Reviewing architectural and engineering drawings to understand project scope and requirements.

Support in the preparation of tender documents, bills of quantities (BOQs), and contract administration.

Monitor project expenditures and track variances against budget.

Assist in site visits and progress monitoring to ensure work is being carried out according to specifications.

Help in the valuation of variations and claims.

Maintain accurate records of project costs and documentation.
