Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a legal background to join our team as a Junior Quantity Surveyor. This role is ideal for a recent LLB graduate looking to apply their analytical and contractual understanding in a technology-driven corporate environment. You will support the project management team in managing project costs, contracts, and compliance within our Bangalore operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and review of tender documents, ensuring legal compliance and contractual clarity.
Support in analyzing bids and preparing cost estimates for various technology infrastructure projects.
Review and interpret construction contracts, identifying potential risks and ensuring adherence to legal terms.
Maintain accurate records of project expenditures and contractual obligations.
Liaise with internal legal teams, project managers, and external vendors to resolve contractual queries.
Assist in the preparation of variations, claims, and payment certificates.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
