Quantity Surveyor

Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team, supporting the development and expansion of our gaming infrastructure in India. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all costs relating to construction and development projects, from initial calculations to final figures. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, contract management, and cost control within the dynamic gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit bills of quantities, tenders, and cost estimates.
• Analyze costs and costs-effectiveness of any project or venture.
• Perform risk, value management and cost control.
• Advise on procurement strategy and contract arrangements.
• Manage and review construction contracts as well as engaging the management of the various departments involved.
• Track and report project expenses and forecasts.
• Ensure all projects adhere to the company's financial policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality.
