Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all costs relating to construction and refurbishment projects, from initial calculations to final figures. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and cost estimation, ensuring projects are completed within budget and to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other tender and contract documents.
• Analyze completed work and arrange payments.
• Provide advice on procurement strategy.
• Manage and reduce costs across projects and associated activities.
• Perform risk, value management and cost control.
• Identify, analyze and develop responses to commercial risks.
• Ensure that financial targets are met.
• Prepare post-contract financial statements.
