Quantity Surveyor

Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from initial calculations to final figures. This role involves ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time, while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. The Quantity Surveyor will work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other tender and contract documents.
• Analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports.
• Manage and reduce costs, while ensuring the required standards and quality are maintained.
• Provide advice on procurement strategy and manage the tendering process.
• Administer contracts and manage payments.
• Perform risk, value management and cost control.
• Identify, analyze and develop responses to commercial risks.
• Ensure that all projects adhere to the company's financial policies and procedures.
