Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all costs relating to furniture and furnishing projects, from initial calculations to final figures. This role requires a strong understanding of construction costs, procurement, and contract management within the context of interior fit-outs and furniture supply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for furniture and furnishing projects.
• Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify potential cost implications.
• Manage procurement processes, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, and negotiating prices.
• Monitor project costs and expenditure, ensuring projects remain within budget.
• Prepare interim and final valuations and payment certificates.
• Manage variations and claims, assessing their cost impact and negotiating resolutions.
• Liaise with clients, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
• Maintain accurate cost records and prepare regular cost reports.
