Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Radio Engineer / Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and operation of radio communication systems used in our construction projects and internal operations. This role requires a strong understanding of radio frequency principles and a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain radio communication equipment.
Monitor radio system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Operate radio communication systems during site operations and project execution.
Ensure compliance with all relevant radio frequency regulations and licensing requirements.
Perform regular maintenance and testing of radio equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Collaborate with project teams to understand communication needs and provide solutions.
Maintain accurate records of equipment, maintenance, and operational activities.
