Radio Engineer / Operator - Consumer, Retail & Hospitality (2-4 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Radio Engineer / Operator with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of radio communication systems within our consumer, retail, and hospitality operations. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to troubleshoot effectively. Graduation is not a mandatory requirement, but relevant experience and technical aptitude are crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain radio communication equipment, including transceivers, antennas, and related hardware.
- Monitor radio system performance, identify and resolve technical issues, and ensure optimal signal quality and coverage.
- Conduct routine checks and preventive maintenance on all radio equipment to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty radio systems, including identifying defective components and performing necessary replacements.
- Operate radio communication systems to facilitate seamless communication between various operational units.
- Assist in the testing and commissioning of new radio installations and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate logs of equipment status, maintenance activities, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and operational guidelines.
- Collaborate with other technical teams to integrate radio systems with other communication platforms.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users regarding radio equipment operation.
