We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Radio Engineer / Operator with a recent LLM degree to join our dynamic team in Thiruvananthapuram. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional to gain hands-on experience in radio operations and engineering within a leading professional services firm. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of radio communication systems, ensuring seamless and reliable communication across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor radio communication equipment, ensuring optimal performance and signal quality.
Perform routine maintenance checks and basic troubleshooting of radio systems under supervision.
Assist in the installation and configuration of new radio hardware and software.
Maintain accurate logs of radio system operations, incidents, and maintenance activities.
Collaborate with senior engineers and technicians to resolve technical issues.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies related to radio operations.
Support the implementation of new radio technologies and protocols.
